    1) I see that all 4 of these edits are in the NPCR consolidated level edit set. Why? What consolidation rule will be employed?

    2) Our central registry is considering coding this field in our database for pre-2018 cases because it will be useful in internal analyses. However this will trigger the edit CoC Accredited Flag, Date of Diagnosis (NPCR) which requires the field to be blank pre-2018. Will this edit be used in call for data edit sets that could cause us trouble later if we have coded the field for earlier years?
