Fun Bike Ride - NAACCR Charlotte - Wednesday June 17th. 4:00-6:00pm

Please join us for a MELLOW afternoon ride around Charlotte. Let's see if we get an even larger turnout than we had back in Austin in 2013! 

BUSINESS MEETING

Voting Members: If you will be unable to attend the NAACCR Business Meeting at the Annual Conference please take a moment to designate a representative from your organization who will be attending the meeting to vote on your behalf.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within Group's guest room block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one night room and tax will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
